This product is light yellow liquid at ordinary temperature, is our new launched environmentally-friendly plasticizer based on natural vegetable oil. It can effectively replace the dioctyl phthalate (DOP/DEHP) or dibutyl phthalate (DBP) plasticizers, to create a non-toxic, eco- friendly PVC products. Soluble well with PVC resin, with low volatility, excellent thermal and light stability , it makes PVC products much more soft. It could be wisely applied to the production of wire and cable, refrigerator seal, equipments, tubing and plastic shoes and etc.
This product could help to improve the color, tensile strength ,cold and thermal resistance of final products. By reducing the usage of phthalate-contained, EFAME as a substitute serves to reduce production cost and improve plasticizer effect. It is widely applied in wire and cable, refrigerator seal, pipes, plastic shoes, toys and PVC industry.
